First off saw a single Robin fly in to our yard as photo shows. Dreary morning overcast and about 38 degrees, most of the snow on grassy areas melted, areas under shade of trees still showing snow. Were it is clear the Robins are beginning to flock to. While driving down our road to town, when passing my neighbors yard ( 1 acre grassy area) came across dozens of Robins searching for food throughout the yards. About a dozen crossed the road and more were all about. Counted 50 before they started flying about. Probably closer to 70 to 80 birds. Had my zoom lens on camera so unable to get a wide angle shot. Perhaps next time I will bring the wide angle.
