Condition: Soaked beans with half of cotyledon

appearance The bean was soaked over night, seed coat and half of cotyledon were removed leaving embryo attached to reaming half of adzuki bean cotyledon. It was planted on the upper left hand side of cup. After moistoning soil for second week no growth activity was detected. Dug up planting site did not find any physical remains of half adzuki bean.
