One technique you can use
to examine your teaching is to tape record a lesson (or part of a lesson).
Later, listen to the tape and analyze what you hear. This technique
is especially useful for examining your interactions with your students.
Tips for tape recording:
Explain to your students why you are recording.
Wear a fanny pack or carpenter apron to allow you to move around
the classroom.
Analyze short (5 or 10 min) segments from the beginning, middle,
and end of the lesson.
Record different types of lessons.

tried this! Fill
