I am a physics teacher and am wondering how it would be possible to integrate a novel into my classroom. Many of the questions that we have dealt with so far (like the morality of novels) can be applied to many science novels that I have read. Would it be better to have the students read on their own and then periodically discuss? I have to cover so much science material that I am finding it difficult to come up with a viable way to accomplish this task. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
