Hi Fred,
We made two sets of video clips of inquiry in a 6th grade classroom at a
private school in Washington DC. The activities deal with an investigation
into the way color comes off an M&M when it is placed in water and the other
one is a mystery powders investigation where students make the decisions
about how the investigation should be designed and conducted.
Let me know if you would like to see a copy of the video and the book it
supports.

Hi teacher-talkinquiry list,
This is my first message. I'm excited that this list exists.
I've worked with many teachers and staff developers who use the learning
science through inquiry videotapes. One of the main questions that has come
up is whether there are other good videos of classroom inquiry in different
grade levels and different topics.
Not being aware of many others, my staff and I began shooting videos
ourselves This was challenging, and only somewhat successful because the
productionn quality is not great. Still, educators responded that they were
highly valuable and expressed a need for additional examples.
Is anyone aware of videos of classroom inquiry they could recomend?
