Adaptive Teaching Strategies

have completed their lists, please facilitate a large group
discussion. |
Teacher Carole Mayrose uses at least a dozen strategies
to adapt her instruction and provide a positive learning environment
for her students. Working individually, take five minutes
to list as many as you can recall. Think about your own students,
those who may have difficulty with geography. Choose three strategies
from your list and for the remaining 10 minutes discuss
with the group why you chose them and why you think they would
be effective methods in assisting your students.
