Complete the Colorado State University enrollment form. Include a payment of $170 for each 2-credit workshop or $255 for each 3-credit course you select.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to Colorado State University.

Be sure to accurately select the course you desire, the semester in which you want credit, and to include credit card number information and your signature for payment. You can call us toll free at 1-866-491-7517 with any questions or to confirm receipt.

You cannot receive credit for the same workshop or course twice.  As each graduate level credit represents 15 class hours plus homework time, you are limited to 5 credits per semester (two 2-credit workshops, or one 3-credit course and one 2-credit workshop).  All Annenberg Media science workshops through Colorado State University are offered under the course number of EDUC 591E with the different series signified by different section numbers. Please retain your enrollment confirmation form with series title, as transcripts notate all EDUC 591E classes as "Annenberg Media Workshop in Science Instruction." "Rediscovering Biology" has a special course number of NSCI696, Natural Science credit.

You may chose the semester for which you receive credit, regardless of when you view the series. Be sure to select the semester most appropriate for your schedule, and give yourself ample time to view the video programs and to complete the coursework. If after enrolling you find that you are unable to finish the course by the deadline, please contact your instructor to request a grade of incomplete, as we are no longer able to process semester changes or grant refunds of tuition for those who withdraw.
