Yesterday Kim kicked off the consultancy by presenting her issue for
feedback (Step 1). Now that you have read Kim=B9s overview and the question
she is posed for us, do you have any clarifying questions for her? Remembe=

that clarifying questions are for the person asking them. They ask the
presenter "who, what, where, when, and how." These are not "why" questions=
.
They can be answered quickly and succinctly, often with a phrase or two.

What are the clarifying questions that you need Kim to answer for you?

Tomorrow, April 16, 1999, we will begin Step 3: Probing questions.
