Welcome to the on-line discussion about the AISR video, "A Community of
Learners". My name is Jennifer Mueller. I am Dean of Faculty at Souhegan
High School and a CFG coach. As moderator of this discussion, I will review
our norms and pose a question for discussion.

"Discussing" on-line is very different than face-to-face conversations. To
help us communicate effectively, I offer the following norms for our on-line
discussion (adapted from C. Estrada, March 3, 1999):

1. Identify yourself
2. Respond to the question(s) posted
3. Use emoticons to help convey understanding: J, L,
4. Feel free to pose other relevant questions

Questions for Discussion:
What are your reactions to the Souhegan High School video, "A Community of
Learners"?
What did you see in the video that you liked? What did you find appealing
about Souhegan High School and the professional collaboration that you
observed?

I look forward to the conversation!
Jennifer Mueller
