Yesterday Kim kicked off the consultancy by presenting her issue for =
feedback (Step 1). Now that you have read Kim=92s overview and the =
question she is posed for us, do you have any clarifying questions for =
her? Remember that clarifying questions are for the person asking them. =
They ask the presenter "who, what, where, when, and how." These are not =
"why" questions. They can be answered quickly and succinctly, often with =
a phrase or two.
What are the clarifying questions that you need Kim to answer for you?
Tomorrow, March 12, 1999, we will begin Step 3: Probing questions.
