Dear Susan,
 
Sorry for the confusion about this homework assignment. The simple answer is that in an early draft of the print guide and Web site, there was a section that was entirely quotes for the unit. We did not feel it was a very efficient way to present the information, so we had the web producer distribute the quotes throughout the sub-units. The quotes are on the site, not in the guide or the guide appendix. It would be best to skip this question. We will make a change to the guide to eliminate the reference to the Quotes section.
