Dear Carol and Jesse,
The broadband simulcast of the Annenberg Channel is fairly
stable, but like other Web programs is subject to Web congestion
(i.e., too many people trying to access it at one time) and other
technical considerations. This is why we recommend viewing workshops
either from the satellite broadcast or on video tape, where
available. Soon, however, we will have this workshop available on
broadband "on demand," which means that you will have a better chance
of seeing the whole workshop when you watch online: "on demand" you
don't have to wait until it comes up in the schedule, but rather can
view the stream at your leisure. You will also be able to "rewind,"
"fast forward," and "pause" it if it skips or if you have to walk
away. Watch for this to be available in late summer or early fall.
Sincerely,
Alison Reid
