***The License Request Form Is Now Available***
The Annenberg Media Telecourse/e-Learning License Request Form is now
available on our Web site. To print your copy, go to
<http://www.learner.org/telecourses/index.html> and click on the link to
"Telecourse/e-Learning Intent to License Form - Exhibit 1" (item #13).
Alternatively, you may link directly to the PDF file at
<http://www.learner.org/telecourses/Annenberg_TelecourseIntentExhibit1_052006.pdf>.
Once you've completed the form, please return it to Nancy Williams via

Please remember: In order to legally use an Annenberg Media
instructional series as a telecourse, a license request form MUST be

***Coming Fall 2007: New Ethics in America Programs***
Six new programs are being produced by the Fred Friendly Seminars on
Media and Society at Columbia University to supplement and update the
popular Annenberg Media Telecourse, Ethics in America.
The six new programs are:
o Personal Ethics
o Ethics in Journalism
o Medical Ethics
o Judicial Ethics
o Corporate Ethics
o Ethics in Science
New print materials will also be available. Watch for a message
announcing the availability of a preview.

The following courses are now available on chaptered/indexed DVDs:

o The World of Chemistry
o Democracy in America

All Annenberg Media Telecourse/e-Learning courses will be available on
DVD by fall term, 2006. College bookstores will be able to purchase DVD
copies for students at a special student price. These copies will only
be available to students enrolled in the course.

***Two Important Reminders About Our Telecourses/e-Learning Courses***
ONE: Remember that all Annenberg Media Telecourses/e-Learning Courses
can be incorporated into a college's course management system. The
purchase of a Telecourse/e-Learning license allows this, provided that
use is in conjunction with the viewing of the video programs in their
entirety, and that the programs are not edited, modified, or altered in
any fashion. The incorporation of video into an online course allows for
a very rich experience for students.
