Here's the task. You get a quilt block to copy. Each block will be made of 16 squares. Each will have one of the four symmetry types: H, M, B, or S. You choose which you think it is.

For each square, you choose among four possibilities:

Then you start building your quilt block. When it matches perfectly, you're done.
