Delhi:
Bursting at the Seams explores the patterns and
spatial arrangements of the city of Delhi in terms of
colonialism, mass migration, and plans for the future
of India's capital. The second case study, Dikhatpura:
Help Through Irrigation examines the effects of
India's climate on agricultural practices and the strategies
that are helping farmers overcome a lack of precipitation
during the dry season. Such practices of water transfer
provide benefits to the people of rural India, but can
become overtaxed in times of drought or when poorly
managed.
