Enough Snow?
Since the start of 2014 North America has seen numerous significant weather events, according to NOAA. These include snow, wind and ice storms...and drought. By January 31st, almost 50% of the contiguous U.S. had snow on the ground. While this seems to be enough snow, some mountains in the western regions, which provide a crucial water source, have snowpack totals less than 50% of normal. What impact will all these weather conditions have on test gardens?
