Symbolic Monarchs at the Sanctuary
This year, some symbolic monarchs spent the winter at the actual monarch butterfly sancturies. El Rosario is usually the largest of the 12 sites the monarchs use in Mexico. This is a picture of the entrance to the "El Rosario" sanctuary.
