and at the Northern Observation Posts

This animation shows how global temperatures change throughout the year.
- Take time to understand the map. Look at the title and key. Find your approximate location.
- Think about when robins usually arrive in your area. Look at your region as you watch the animation a couple of times. What are the average temperatures during the month when robins usually arrive? (You can translate these from centigrade to fahrenheit.)
- Look at the regions where the Northern Observation Posts are located. In what month(s) do the NOPs experience similar temperatures? Consider this as you make your predictions.
