is a "bubble print," the clue that a whale is blowing
bubbles by exhaling under the water. Why would a whale do that? Was it startled by something? Is it a greeting or a warning?
We can't know the answer, but it's fun to think about. Most of the time we only see the small part of a whale's life that
happening at the surface of their watery world!
