Lori Trout and the students in her school are lucky to live near the migration route of the journey south. Mrs. Trout has witnessed the cranes and ultralights take off from a nearby stopover site, and members of the migration team have visited the classroom! The school and community are full of whooping crane supporters, and Mrs. Trout's work is one of the reasons.
