The student often makes logical predictions based on past experiences
and data from maps and graphs. He or she revises predictions, but these
are sometimes based on inaccurate interpretation of data.
2: Developing Grasp
The student sometimes guesses rather than making predictions based
on data. He or she holds on to original predictions.
1: Little Grasp
The student rarely makes logical predictions based on data.
