Over the past 2 weeks, tulips have emerged in 10 more gardens, and have bloomed in another 51 places. Here are their locations:

All this time they've waited patiently, while students in 256 other gardens reported their news. But at last, students in New Brunswick and Manitoba finally have this to proclaim:
Their tulips have EMERGED at last!

"One of our tulips finally emerged yesterday, May 3. It is about 1 inch tall. It was very cold last week. We even had snow on Wednesday. Yesterday and today we are having highs of 80 F. What a change! We hope that spring is here to stay."

Still Waiting for Spring in Lapland, Finland
Although their tulips are still buried under snow, there are signs that spring is on its way:
"The students of Utsjoen saamelaislukio checked our Tulip Garden and found 9.06 inches snow above it. The length of the day (sunrise-sunset) is almost 20 hours and the nights are already light. Here is a list of other signs of spring in Utsjoki (69.90 N, 26.90 E):
