Today during our bitter cold (9 degrees F) I saw a flock of approx 20 robins in the neighbors yard. They were eating the hanging crab apples from last years growth. We had a winter blizzard last night with snow,cold and 25 mph winds today. This was not when I thought I would see robins! They have been here now for several hours this afternoon.
