Walking along a stretch of the Middle Provo River, my children and I saw (and accidentally scared off) what my daughter called a crane (we get sandhill cranes here). It left quickly and I am not sure if it was a crane or blue heron, but it was beautiful. It is the first (crane or blue heron) I have seen this year.
