| I noticed about half a dozen Monarchs from November 1-3, 2012, feeding on orange zinnias in my garden. (I am not associated with teaching. I am an amateur naturalist.) I was seeing them from the first of November, for a number of days, but we had our first freeze here on November 12th, and while there are still butterflies (& moths) during the warm days, I have not seen any Monarchs since the freeze (as of November 19th). |
