Eduardo Rendon Salinas is the head of the World Wildlife Fund-Mexico's Monarch Butterfly Program. He has worked in the monarch sanctuary region since he was a graduate student of Dr. Lincoln Brower's the 1990's. (See his announcement of the monarch's arrival.)
