Watch Out, Bam-Bam!
How does a baby whale get a name like Bam-Bam? BajaEcotours guide Chris explains: "Since this calf could not control itself in the strong winds and current,  it would collide with the side of our ponga [small boat] from time to time." Bam! Bam! The baby's mother will give him lots of practice in swimming against the currents to build his strength before migration.

Using what you already know about whales, how would you describe Bam-Bam?
