Questions
- No
more babies? We were excited two weeks ago when the first babies
appeared with their moms. Not a single baby was seen swimming past LA
Post in the past two weeks, and only a few were seen off of Channel
Islands. Where are the babies? What do you think will happen next?
- Why
the ups and downs? Look carefully at the number of whale sightings
each day. Why is there is so much variation from one day to the next?
List all of the reasons can you imagine in your journal.
- The
southbound migration is now clearly.... How would you finish
that sentence? Describe the southbound migration pattern past Los Angeles
in as much detail as you can.
