What did Sara see?

Sara's airplane has a tracking antennae to detect radio signals from the cranes' leg bands as she flew over the area and looked for nests. In the previous photo, Sara drew a red box around the location of a pair. When she zoomed in she could see the female, two eggs, and the male nearby. Can you see them too? Why is it so important to not disturb nesting birds?
