Dear Friends:

Today I am writing the first of my reports which I will send to you to share information about the monarch butterfly and my town. This will be during the months of February and March. From Angangueo I am going to be writing every 8 to 15 days during the time that the butterflies are here. I am going to tell you about weather conditions, the people visiting the sanctuaries, the number of butterflies that are here, and the benefits that all of this brings to my town.

I am also going to talk to you about my life and what I do in school and during my free time with my friends.
