    Dear Anne,

    Hi my name is Jeff and I think the Humpback whales do not feed in the
    warm waters because the type of fish they eat does not survive or
    reproduce there. The fish the Humpback eats needs the cooler waters
    of the North Atlantic to reproduce and survive. This is why I think the
    whales rely on their food stores while in the Caribbean. Let me know if
    my hypothesis is correct.
