In DNA and RNA, there are different combinations of nucleotides that form pairs. It works this way:
DNA: Adenine (A) pairs up with Thymine (T)
RNA: Adenine (A) pairs up with Uracil (U)
DNA and RNA: Cytosine (C) pairs up with Guanine (G).
