James, there are many ways to use musical or auditory association to learn/memorize or retain info and/or rules in all subjects. Mnemonic learning is one instance of auditory, rhythmic word/phrase association. Use your imagination to come up with other means of using aural learning in your subject area curriculum. It also counters boredom & helps stimulate interest in most all type learners.

Luck to you.

Hey Carrie and Rochelle, I know that aural learning is associated with sound/music. However, I don't really know how one would apply this across the very broad spectrum of learning for every subject taught. v/r Jim McNeely On Tue, Jun 18, 2013 at 8:55 AM, Carrie Jordan <cjordan_at_libertycommon.org>wrote: > Thanks for the detailed explanation.
