[Channel-talkearthspace] session 3
Next fall, I will be teaching gr. 6 science for the first time. The curriculum addresses the Earth's surface and the inside of the Earth. Therefore, I am taking this course in preparation for that role. Does anyone have suggestions for Earth science lessons/activities that you've found particulary interesting and successful for this grade level? I think the activities presented about P waves and S waves and the solid mantle behaving like a liquid are ones I will try to incorporate next year.
