I am a member of the Weston group led by Dennis McCowan. I have noticed
that another important aspect of this research shows the power of
Cooperative learning. I do not believe the same results would have
occurred if the children were working individually. Also the class
seems to be heterogeneous. This allows for students to hear a variety
of solutions. I am curious if the classes in later grades are
heterogeneous or homogeneous.
