Ted,
Thank you for the lesson plan template. I'm always looking for helpful
hints and graphic organizers. It's great to hear that other districts are
using coaching as a way to help teachers. Inservice and workshops are
good, but real change happens when teachers are supported and feel safe
enough to try new things and perhaps even fail. Thanks for your input and
response. I hope to keep in touch.
