The DSR-4410 is a one-rack unit MCPC and SCPC capable, multi-channel map IRD. The unit has one audio pair output, ASI (asynchronous Interface), Cue Tone out and an Async Data port. An analog "Bypass" input is included.
AMC-3 Ku setup procedure-
Define Port 0, "horizontal" polarity input:
From the high-level menus, arrow to 'Installation' and press 'Enter'
Arrow right twice to MODE and press 'Enter' and change to L-BAND
Up/Down arrow to change "Xpndr" to "L-Band". Press 'Enter' to return cursor to the top line.
Arrow right to 'Freq' and press 'Enter'. Change the LFreq to '1400.75'
Press 'Enter' to return the cursor to the top line.
Arrow left to place the cursor at the first column.
Arrow down once to "MODULATION" line.
Arrow right to "MODE" and press 'Enter'.
Arrow up/down till 'DCII-MAN' is selected; press 'Enter' to return the cursor to the top line.
Arrow right to "SYMBOL" and press 'Enter'.
Using the up or down button, select the Symbol/Code/Format to '3.25/ ¾ / Comb' and press 'Enter' to return the cursor to the top line.
Arrow right to "Satellite" and press 'Enter'.
Using the up or down button, select 'PBS_Sat' and press 'Enter.'
Arrow left to put the cursor in the LEFT column
At this point you should have a GREEN SIGNAL light
Press 'Enter' to return to the MAIN MENU
Using the left/right arrows move the cursor to CHANNEL and press 'Enter'
Arrow right to VCT Press 'Enter', from here the cursor should be on the Up/Down arrows to the left of the 00000, Press the 'Up/Down' arrows and select 00015. Press Enter to move the cursor to the top row.
Arrow right to CHNL and press 'Enter', from here the cursor should be on the Up/Down arrows to the left of the 0000, Press the 'Up/Down' arrows and select 00514. Press Enter to move the cursor to the top row.
Arrow right to Xpndr and press 'Enter', press up/down arrows and select ID-15.
From here your Authorization light should light up GREEN and you should get VIDEO on the monitor.
