My question is how to begin such a parntership. I can see how for principals it is important to give teachers the time to establish parnterships and the time to create performance events that incorporate the voices of the community. Do any of you have well-established partnerships? If so, what are some tips you've learned about starting them? In the video in session 2 it was said that our job as educators is to create a heritage. My question is, how can we create a heritage in our schools if we are constantly seeking changes as we try to make schools more comfortable for parents?
