Subject: Effective leadership skills
After watching video #4, I began to wonder if there any principals participating that might share some tips about effective leadership skills. Do you think such skills can be learned over time? Will the faculty be patient with a principal that is "learning the ropes"? Or do you think that certain personalities are naturally effective principals and all others need not apply? I'd like to be a principal, but sometimes I doubt my own leadership skills.
