Topic Description: Has keeping a Moon Journal helped you umderstand the Moon's behavior or has it made it seem more puzzling? Here's a chance for you to pose questions and share insights about your moon observations.

Message: I am very interested to learn that the moon is not as visible as I thought. I assumed it was much more visible than I ever checked to actually see. While keeping my moon journal for the course "Looking at Learning Again", I have learned that the moon can go almost a week without being visible. Is that a consistent thing or does it vary considerably from month to month?

Message: I also was amazed at how long the moon stayed full. What I find most interesting about the moon observations is how bright it is one night, and the next night it is very dull. I wonder what is causing these changes. Is it because of atmospheric pollution or maybe because of weather conditions.
