| Comments | The official Fyle School (Rush-Henrietta Central School District) robin has arrived. Yesterday when we were watching the birds at the bird feeders outside the Library window, a robin arrived on the ground in front of us. It was watching for worms in the soil that is filled with old bird feed. We watched him find and eat three worms. We saw another robin, or maybe the same one, back in the same place today. We think he has found a great source of food. We are participating in the Cornell U. Project Feeder Watch project, and today's lucky spotters were able to report the robin as part of their scientific study. Gail Petri, Librarian |
