| Comments | Students from Charleston Elementary counted monarchs migrating over the Charleston High School today. The look on their faces as they counted was priceless.
Monarchs counted: 9:30-9:40 (96 monarchs) 9:50-10:00 (69 monarchs) 10:30-10:45 (160 monarchs ) Monarchs were flying west, towards Ft. Smith, AR, seeming along Hwy. 22. The wind was calm with temperatures in the low 80's. The sky was clear. The students are from the Gifted and Talented program. |
