| Event | Monarch Migration Sighting |

| Comments | WOW! A friend's son spotted a swarm of more than 100 monarchs today. He reports they were in a big group, like a cloud. Also a high school science teacher had her class outside counting monarchs and counted 150 in a 90 minute period. In my backyard all week I have seen the butterflies one at a time fly straight south as soon as one was out of sight another one came up, I watched for about an hour they were about house high, and by my compass, they were due south. |
