| Event | Monarch Migration Sighting |
| Date of Sighting | 09/11/99 |
| Comments | on saturday I sat on my deck with my mother, a beautiful, clear day with temperatures in the low 80's. From 11:25am till 12:00 noon, we counted 53 monarchs pass overhead. they flew almost due south, one right after another. I noticed later in the day high numbers of migrateing monarchs as well when I walked a local dirt road. I counted 40 flying along the road. They were all flying south. |
