| Comments | I was driving north on Highway 13, when I saw 2 large white birds fly to a landing spot in a field. I thought they were whooping cranes. I turned around in order to drive back to the location. I watched the two birds in the field. I took pictures, and verified (through colleagues who are volunteers through Necedah Wildlife Refuge) that they were indeed whoopers! It was about 6:30 in the morning |
