For the first time of my life I sighted 100's & 1,000's of Monarchs roosting on the north eastern sides of several trees by the Port of Newcastle on the west side of the Graham Creek. I sighted 11 RED BREASTED MERGANSERS, 2 BELTED KINGFISHERS, 1 GREAT BLUE HERON, 1 RED CRESTED CORMORANT in and above the Graham Creek. |
